How quickly will I receive my order?
Shipping abroad:
Shopping at the SNEAKERS club is possible from other European Union countries. Orders from abroad will be delivered by DPD within seven business days.

How can I pay for my items?

Shopping at the SNEAKERS club is possible from other European Union countries. Orders from abroad will be delivered by DPD. Shipping charges are from 9.90, and payment is possible with EUROCARD. In the event the customer is not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the DPD courier will attempt to deliver the order three more times.

Do all of the products in the shop have a guarantee?
You risk nothing shopping in our shop.
All of the products in the shop have a 30-day unconditional guarantee. This means that within 30 days, you can return any undamaged, unworn product you are not satisfied with its original packaging and we will return your money, no questions asked.

Can I order an item that is not in stock?
All the products that you see in the Sneakers.si shop are always in stock!
Our shop is linked to our warehouse, so the information shown is always current. It is impossible to order an item we are not able to deliver. The exception, of course, is the items with material or workmanship flaws and items damaged when shipped to our warehouse. Such items will not be shipped to our customers. We will inform you about the possible cancellation of such orders over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: during sales when there are many visits to our shop, we cannot guarantee that your order will be met. If we are unable to meet your order, we will inform you over the phone.
